Suck it in!

I used to be so skinny that I never had a problem with flab, much less a flabby tummy. "Used to" being the key words. As of right now, it's totally the opposite. Whilst I may still look slim overall, I have a protruding stomach :(

Blame it on the late night, right before bedtime snacking habit that I have developed. I seriously think that is half the reason, the other half being I simply eat too much now!

Sigh.

I pray for motivation to do more exercise and tummy-tucking moves. More importantly, I pray they actually work. Otherwise, girdles would be my bestest friend.
